The Radiostesia

The Radiostesia was launched at the initiative of late Biologist Victor Rivadeneira Giura, he was a member of the Order ROSACRUZ AMORC and after long a Mason.
I was already a student of the Order Rosa Cruz AMORC and had some information of the Radiostesia area with certain experiences in recognition. As a suggestion of Victor, I went to the INSTITUTO HIDROGRÁFICO DE LA MARINA DE GUERRA DEL PERU and bought road maps, then I coordinate an appointment with him at his home, there he gave me instructions of how to sit, relax and extend a map on a table; For this I had already prepared my body and a small horquet, then I proceeded to spend my hands twice by all areas of the map.
As Victor had homemade tasks in the kitchen, he left me alone at the hall table. I took a few minutes of silence and proceed to evaluate the map; A few minutes passed when I felt like when you drive a car, pulled in the direction of one side, and the horquet started to vibrate between my hands.
The only thing left was to cross the information to know if I really had the power to locate things of value. I returned the following week to Victor´s house for new ideas and he proposed me to evaluate sea and islands; where my surprise would, the results were favorable. After a while, Victor, suggested evaluating farms, my question was who I should go to, and remembered that my brother in law had 2 farms and one of 150 ha. and the other of 90 ha.
First I traveled to Chiclayo to get the sketches of Olmos; my curiosity and concern were growing; I evaluate the sketches in Chiclayo far from the farms and turned positive, in one I found more than 80 points, while in the other 8 points. I traveled to the largest farm and the review on the ground matched with 2 wells already found, these was another surprise. In the second farm with the Administrator help I went to the places I had marked before in the sketches and felt the presence of metals.

I went back to Lima carrying news to Victor, Radiostesia served to find water and archaeological sites in farms, islands and seas. Now could I do? In Peru, there is no university nor institute that can determine whether if person is physic; So I consulted with Victor and he suggested to stay close to Archaeologists and offer my service for free, and in exchange if they were founding they would give me a certificate. With these I would be able not only to prove that Radiostesia exists but also that I was a psychic.
I went to the Archaeological Project called Huaca Pucllana. There I met Dr. Isabel Flores Espinoza, who accepted the proposal to evaluate the Huaca through a sketch of 6 ha. In one of the offices; the archeologist Pedro Vargas helped me marking the areas. After a month I called Dr. Isabel Flores and her secretary answered she gave the message that I had an effectiveness of 80%. Time passed and I proposed to evaluate greater extensions, so I decided to go back to Chiclayo and tempt fate in the Museums who had excavation projects.
Lucky for me I went to the Bruning Museum - Lambayeque and interviewed with the director archeologist CARLOS WESTER LA TORRE who evaluate the proposed of HUACA CHOTUNA which had an extension of 90 Ha, after a while he accepted. The evaluation was conducted in his office, lasted 2 ½ hours, in the end I located more than 200 points. When I finished I had a headache, and was really tired. This evaluation made me sleep for 16 hours and had an effectiveness of 50% for the time being.
I proved that the Radiostesia was useful for evaluating archeological places. In my search for a researcher, I bought maps of the coast of Peru and evaluate part of it in my department, which would surprise me: 1) I evaluate 51 coastal areas. 2) Hits: 37 maps. 3) Mistakes: 14 maps. 4) Numbers items found: 2400 (places potential value). 5) Pending of evaluation 10 maps. In islands were located 6 potential areas of potential TREASURES and 3 GALEONS. In these evaluations I committed the error of evaluating 8 to 9 maps daily which caused me psychic and physical fatigue that lasted 3 and a half weeks. As are the islands under the jurisdiction of the State first it’s needed to come to an agreement with it. The investment is not high because they have infrastructure and qualified personnel. With regard to water my interest in SEDAPAL (water company), I might be able to make a small pilot scheme for evaluating potential areas of water.
To say I’m an expert in this area would be a lie, but I know that it will be very useful, we should work with experts to know more about the technical specifications and it is fast if they have genuine interest.
The strangest thing about all this is that the only things I need are a map or sketch, a horquet, a very illuminated room and quietness. There is no need in traveling to camp. There have asked me what is my last sheet? OB1

La Radiestesia

La Radiestesia se inició a iniciativa del finado, Biólogo Víctor Rivadeneira Giura, era miembro de la Orden ROSACRUZ AMORC y después de mucho tiempo Masón. Yo ya era estudiante de la Orden Rosacruz AMORC y tenía cierta información del área de Radiestesia con ciertas experiencias en precognición. A sugerencia de Víctor me acerqué al INSTITUTO HIDROGRÁFICO DE LA MARINA DE GUERRA DEL PERU y adquirí un mapa cartográfico, seguidamente coordine con él una cita en su casa, al llegar me dio la instrucción de sentarme, relajarme y que extendiera el mapa sobre una mesa; para esto yo ya había preparado mi cuerpo y la horqueta pequeña, y procedí a pasar mis manos dos veces por todas las zonas del mapa. Como Víctor tenía tareas caseras en la cocina, me dejó solo en la mesa de la sala, me tomé unos minutos de silencio y proseguí a evaluar en terreno fijo; a los pocos minutos sentí como cuando uno maneja un auto, la jalada de dirección a un costado, luego vibraba la horqueta entre mis manos, exclame y la alegría de Víctor. Ahora quedaba cruzar la información si realmente tenía la facultad de ubicar cosas de valor. Regresé la siguiente semana a la casa de Víctor por nuevas ideas y me propuso evaluar islas y mar; cual seria mi sorpresa, los resultados favorables. Pasado un tiempo, Victor me propuso que evaluare Fundos (chacras), mi problema era a quién recurrir y me acordé que mis cuñados tenían 2 fundos, uno de 150 Ha y otro de 90 Ha.1 viajé a Chiclayo para obtener los croquis de Olmos; mi curiosidad e inquietud iba en aumento; los evalué en Chiclayo lejos de los fundos y salió positivo, en uno más de 80 puntos y en el otro 8 puntos. Me apersoné al fundo de mayor extensión y al revisar en el terreno coincidían con 2 pozos de agua que ya había, otra sorpresa. Del segundo fundo me apersoné por breves minutos, localicé los puntos de referencia que había marcado con la ayuda del Administrador y percibí y sentí la presencia de metales. Regresé nuevamente a Lima llevando noticias a Víctor, la Radiestesia servía para encontrar agua y restos arqueológicos en fundo, islas y mar. ¿Ahora que hacia?, en el Perú no hay Universidad o Instituto que pueda determinar si una persona es psíquica; lo consulté con Víctor y me dijo es muy sencillo, pégate a los Arqueólogos y ofrece tu servicio sin cobrar nada y si hay hallazgos que te den un certificado, si aciertas demostraras que eres Radiestesista por lo tanto Psíquico. Me apersoné al Proyecto Arqueológico Huaca Pucllana y me entrevisté con la Dra. Isabel Flores Espinoza, aceptó la propuesta de evaluar la Huaca a través de un croquis de 6 Ha. En una de sus oficinas; quien estuvo de testigo y me ayudó a marcar las zonas fue el Arqueólogo Pedro Vargas. Al cabo de un mes llamé a la Dra. Isabel Flores y me contestó su secretaria que no estaba pero me dejó el recado que de parte del Arqueólogo Pedro efectividad del 80%. Pasó un tiempo y me reuní con Víctor y le propuse evaluar una mayor extensión y decidí viajar nuevamente a Chiclayo y tentar suerte en los Museos que tuvieran proyectos de excavación, para suerte mía fui al Museo Bruning — Lambayeque y me entreviste con el director Arqueólogo CARLOS WESTER LA TORRE y propuse evaluar el Proyecto de HUACA CHOTUNA de una extensión de 90 Ha, lo cual aceptó. La evaluación se realizó en su oficina, duró 2 horas y media, al final se localizó más de 200 puntos1 termine extenuado y con dolor de cabeza, me hizo dormir 16 horas corridas, la efectividad del hallazgo fue del 50% por el momento. Servía la Radiestesia para evaluar Centros Arqueológicos. En mi búsqueda de investigador, obtuve un Atlas de los mapas del litoral del Perú y evalué en parte en mi departamento, cual seria mi sorpresa: 1) se evaluaron 51 zonas del litoral. 2) Aciertos: 37 mapas. 3)Desaciertos: 14 mapas. 4) Números de puntos encontrados: 2400 (lugares potenciales de valor). 5) Queda por evaluar 10 mapas. En islas se localizaron 6 zonas potenciales de posibles TESOROS y 3 GALEONES. Eh estas evaluaciones cometí el error de evaluar de 8 a 9 mapas diarios lo cual me causó un desgaste psíquico y físico que me duró 3 semanas y media de malestar. En cuanto a las islas están bajo la jurisdicción del ESTADO se tendría que llegar a un acuerdo de participación en lo que se encuentre, la inversión no es alta ya que poseen infraestructura y personal calificado. En cuanto al agua tengo interés en SEDAPAL se podria hacer un pequeño plan piloto de evaluación de posibles zonas de agua, decir que soy un experto en esta Área no lo soy, pero sé que será de mucha utilidad y bienestar, habría que trabajar con los expertos para saber más de cerca las especificaciones técnicas y esto es rápido si tienen verdadero interés.
Lo curioso de todo esto es que tan sólo necesito un mapa o croquis, una horqueta, una habitación iluminada y tranquila y no tengo necesidad de ir al campo o viajar. No me han preguntado ¿Cuál es mi última chapa? OB₁
